Pulp & Paper: Donohue Pulp Kraft Mill,      St. Felicien, Quebec

When walls in the high density tank collapsed
during routine emptying of the liquid at the
Donohue Pulp Kraft Mill in St. Felicien, Quebec
due to the vent freeze, Strudes engineers were on
site the next day (Sunday) and quickly came up
with a solution for securing the tank and
the subsequent removal of a very expensive
and long delivery defuser located at the top
of the tank. Work was performed around
the clock, the tank was rebuilt and the defuser
reinstalled at a substantial savings to the owner.
